About AVA Video Productions
AVA Video Productions, LLC is the full out growth of what we call the Jibkicker philosophy, it grew out of the love and passion for free style skiing. Having lived in Utah and Minnesota, skiing was a big part of videographers, Dan and Ed Trust’s life. Dan, on the high school ski team and ski instructor; Ed a member of the National Ski Patrol. It is natural for freestyle skier never to be far away from a camera. The name “Jibkicker” is a play on words. A “Jib” is defined as “the act of riding on something other than snow; i.e. rails, trees, logs.” A “Jib” is also a crane used to suspend a camera allowing for a combination of low to high angle shots, pans and tilts. A “Kicker” is a snow sport term “to build a jump out of snow” which adds to the dynamics of a trick. Jibkicker philosophy is an expression of the dynamics associated with video production.
AVA Video Productions, LLC has expanded both in services and investing in top of the line High Definition (HD) cameras. Whether your needs are for a single camera to a full blown multi-camera HD shoot incorporation a 18 foot jib camera crane, AVA Video can meet your needs. It is fast paced to ensure your moment in time is captured and cherished, not missed. It takes experience to master the art. Most of all AVA Video is a love, it is a passion. It is what we bring to our customers.
